I grew up watching my mom wear sequins for all of her special occasions, like anniversaries, church events and new years eve celebrations. I always told myself, when i grow up, I’m going to dress fancy like her.
I’ve learned that when styling with sequins, keep your accessories to a minimum. If you pair your dress with a jacket or coat, wear a solid piece, so that your overall look is not too busy. Leather jackets are the perfect layering piece to add some edge to a glitz and glam look without overpowering it.
