When selecting a date night look for Valentine’s, most ladies go for a sexy, red dress. My dress did come in red, but I decided to go against the norm and select the burnt orange color since its my husband’s favorite. I bought this dress a few months ago, and I’ve been waiting to break it out. I just love all the details, like the plunging neckline, front tie, and high thigh slit. I also love that the dress has long sleeves, since North Carolina’s weather has been extremely cold lately. It was way too cold for me to try to be cute in a strapless dress.
I got the best Valentines day gift a girl could ask for. George hooked me up with Beyonce’ tickets! What girl doesn’t love Beyonce’?
Overall, i’m a very easy Valentine. If food is involved, I’m completely happy 🙂 We love to support local Charlotte restaurants, so we chose to dine in the Elizabeth area at Cajun Queen. It was an easy going night full of love.
