Jean jackets are a major wardrobe staple. I think everyone has owned a jean jacket at some point in their lives. Denim is so popular because it’s timeless and never goes out of style. Owning a jean jacket provides you with so many wardrobe options. You can wear it year round because it’s lightweight, easy to layer and perfect to pack for travel since it doesn’t wrinkle. Back in the day, the popular denim look was the classic blue jean color, but now, there are so many stylish alternatives. Take a risk and try an all white denim jacket for Summer instead of the classic blue to switch things up!
For today’s look, I collaborated with Banana Republic to show off this cute, white, denim jacket. Banana Republic sent me this jacket, and I love it for many reasons. It’s made with quality material, has a classic fit, and it’s super comfortable. The jacket is lightweight and perfect for Summer when you don’t need anything too heavy. This jacket is available in both regular and petite fits. I love that Banana offers a petite option that is slightly shorter than the traditional length tailored to fit proportionally on small body frames.
For the post, I styled a classic black and white street style look. My style is a little bit on the edgy side, so I wanted to toughen up the classic jacket by pairing it with cut out jeans. There are so many ways to style this jacket. With denim, your options are truly endless. You can make the jacket your own by rolling up your sleeves, popping your collar, or wearing the jacket around your waste. You can also wear this jacket over a cute sundress, jumpsuit, or romper for a cute layered look.
